Making space for ourselves to practice self-care, to care about others, and to live fully in the moment are areas of exploration that can be helpful in seeking healing in the space of therapy. One of my beloved aspects of being a therapist is having conversations about life and helping others grow into their full potential. Together, we create and grow this safe space in our therapeutic relationship, in order for you to share some of your most joyous moments or some of your darkest times. Either way, we walk this path of healing jointly, as you are no longer alone when you reach out. My approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Psycho-educational therapy, Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and an array of other tools designed to fit the needs of each individual client. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and the Neurodiverse community, I understand the need for genuine acceptance. My experience extends to International clients as well as varying cultures and I am always searching for ways to increase my awareness of current societal needs for stressors unprecedented before our time.
